The Folger Home was built in 1902 and offers a unique historic setting for any type of meeting for up to 50 people. The home is recognized as an Historical Landmark in Lorain County by the Lorain County Preservation Network and the Lorain County Historical Society.
The Folger Home is located on the shores of Lake Erie at Veterans’ Memorial Park in Avon Lake.
